Romeo + Juliet co-stars Rachel Zegler and Kit Connor are dishing on the highly-anticipated stage show after it debuted last week on Broadway.

Romeo + Juliet, Sam Gold’s new Broadway adaptation of the Shakespeare classic starring Kit Connor and Rachel Zegler, sold out its first three preview performances last week, filling Circle in the Square beyond its seating capacity and scoring the week’s top average ticket price at $178.

The 20-year-old actor is stirring up a storm in New York in his role as Shakespearean lead Romeo opposite the Snow White star, 23, as part of Tony winner Sam Gold and Jack Antonoff’s modern musical adaptation.

Although the majority of the public has yet to see it, Kit Connor and Rachel Zegler made their debuts as Romeo and Juliet over the weekend, and those who have been blessed enough to have seen it already have given it nothing but some stellar and rave reviews.
