Greenville County Schools officials have decided to keep its 106 schools closed through Friday due to a lack of stable power and safe transportation routes.

Brunswick County Schools made the announcement Tuesday afternoon on its website that schools will remain closed for students. Specific instructions and options have been emailed to staff members. The district has had schools closed since Monday.
